WEEK 1 - LIVE WORKSHOP

Every month starts with a live workshop to first learn about the current topic and how it relates to your life & business. (recordings available)

Group Coaching

WEEK 2 - CO-WORKING

During the Co-Working office hour, we will work together on implementing the relevant changes in your business and life that you learned about in the previous week. If those are not relevant we suggest you bring your most important task for the week and get it done with support.

WEEK 3 - GROUP COACHING

The Group Coaching call is the place for you to ask any questions, no matter what. Bring your challenges & questions to the table and let Monique (and the community) support you on your journey. (recording available)

WEEK 4 - PLAN YOUR MONTH AHEAD

In our planning session, we will reflect on your last month’s goals, wins & lessons. We will set new goals for the next month and create your priorities as well as action steps to achieve them.

WHAT DOES THE HIGH PERFORMANCE LAB LOOK LIKE INSIDE?

Each month we will focus on a topic from one of six pillars that The High Performance Lab is based on:
Time Management, Impactful Leadership, Mindset Mastery, Energy Efficiency, Lifestyle Design & Social Impact
so you can finally build a sustainable business & live life on your terms.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT?

Since change takes time, we ask new members to commit to a minimum of 3 months in the membership.

It takes 18 – 254 days to create a new habit, the average is 66 days – so I am asking you to show up for a good 90ish days to give yourself a fair chance here!

I want you to be able to get to know the other members, share about you and your business so we can best support you, and actually show up: on the calls, for yourself, implementing the monthly topics and coming to group coaching with all of your questions!

We are not guru-land here, we all support each other. I just happen to be the guide. It often happens that during group coaching, our members help each other, too. And I love that!

We have specifically set up a monthly structure (see on the left) that is the same each month for a reason:
1) So it is easier to implement the actual knowledge you attain in this membership
2) To offer extra support for accountability and implementation and
3) To create space for different learning styles

Holistic High Performance &
LIFESTYLE DESIGN Coach

Since getting my graduate degree in Process, Project & Events Management (yeah that’s an actual thing) I have always found that there’s something missing. It always felt like I was in a loop of Daft Punk’s “Harder, Better Faster, Stronger” (bless ’em). There wasn’t a less hustling approach for being efficient, high performing and high achieving – it always seemed to be that “one way”.

Well, I certainly identified as a high performer and any other label you can put on someone like me – until I died. Yeah, just like that. I suffered from a cardiac arrest and was clinically dead for 25 secondsat age 19!

What? 19 you ask? Yep, I started work early and had up to 3 jobs besides high school and (later on at university). The end of that road was this: a cardiac arrest. Ever since I have studied more, worked in high-demanding, high achieving jobs (eg. with Siemens Enterprise Networks & Apple), agencies and international industries, gained a lot of experience in many different countries
– and with each year I was more convinced: There must be another way.

So I created one: Holistic High Performance.

IMPACT

It doesn’t matter if the Impact I create is to change ONE person’s life – or many people’s lives today. Knowing that I am able to impact just one person’s life who then may change another person’s life and hence create a ripple effect of change – that what it’s all about for me. We all have the power to impact people, but we don’t use it often enough. It starts with simply being more kind. Kindness can change people’s days and often their paths. Let’s be more kind, let’s create more impact, let’s be the change. 

ENERGY

Whatever your beliefs are, if you pray to God, Allah, the Universe, the Divine or simply live a life in faith – what connects us all is Energy. It’s pure physics: We are all energy. In my world energy is immense important just as much as the space that we create. In this space there’s no room for racism, sexism, bigotry & hate speech, homophobia, transphobia, ableism or any discrimination. We are operating in the highest energy possible, and we are planted firmly on this planet with two feet in reality.

INDEPENDENCE

I chose Independence over freedom because I believe not many people understand that we are never truly “free” as such (eg. thanks to our cognitive biases 😉 ). Being independent to me means, being able to live a life on my own terms, rather than society’s expectations, building my business in a way that I love, enjoy and it fulfils me, instead of following  someone else’s blueprint and being able to choose each day again how I want to live life that day. 

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU JOIN

Certainly, it depends on what you’d like to join the #HPL for, but in general, for most of our members the results look like this:

More time, which they can now use to be with their loved ones, attend new passion projects or finally get back to favorite hobbies.

More clarity, which helps to move the needle in your business faster & further, as well as only doing the things that actually move the needle vs time and energy-sucking tasks.

A lot less stress, which I probably don’t have to explain about how much this is a relief. 

More structure, without the pressure of it, so you can create more momentum in less time and with more ease.

More space, which you can finally use to simply think. Let your creativity play and create the next big ideas. Rest and recharge, and do what makes you happy.

I want to join The High Performance Lab - is it for me?

Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly plan once I joined?

Yes. You can log into your membership account & upgrade your membership there or message us and we’ll help you out.

Can I cancel my membership?

Absolutely. If you are on a monthly plan, please notify us via e-mail or cancel in your account 15 days before your next payment is due. For yearly memberships, you can cancel 15 days before the renewal of the membership at the end of the year.

I don't have time to learn new things - will I benefit from #HPL?

See, it’s with everything in life: You get out what you put in. So if you just pay and never actually show up or watch any of the workshops, then there may not be many benefits for you. Yet, you will always have a great community to have your back. And that’s worth a lot by itself.

Do I get access to all topics even if I join later?

Yes! You will get access to all the recordings and any material that has been released so far. 

Can I ask you individual questions on the group calls?

Absolutely. We’d LOVE you to do so! That’s why we created them. It’s best to send your questions in before the call through the membership portal, but no issue at all to ask ad hoc.
